There is always a peculiar joy in accountability. Accountability in our own actions and deeds. Accountability in the work that you do. Accountability in your profession.
And when it is completed, even if the results are not to your expectation or desire, there is a satisfaction of at least knowing what is around. We may not understand it, or fully be able to give it our complete attention, but somewhere there lies in the process a sense of completion, of information. And that is quite uplifting.
Many a times we just blindly continue to do what we have been programmed to do without giving due consideration to the effects, after effects and results. Nothing wrong with it, but it could be helpful if there was thought in delving deeper into our own exercise. How it happened, why and where to from here.
The art of meeting people, of sharing ideas, of discussion is a boon always. There has always been something that could be picked up, learnt from, gathered and stored to be utilized on a future day and date.
And now, there is a concerted desire to do more, to get challenged, to fight against odds and to have the confidence that it can be done alone. It has always been a single mind, a single dream, a single wish that has pushed us into achieving what we have strongly desired. Yes aided by those who can assist and have similar belief, but the design is of individual thought.
